Why this is on the board
You won't be working on AI policy yourself. You take calendars, travel and events off the hands of the two directors of AI Safety Connect, a small international AI safety organisation, so that their scarce time goes to discussions with policymakers and other stakeholders. Your contribution therefore depends on what they do with those freed-up hours, but in a team this size every hour of the leadership's time counts heavily.

About the role
Operations and programs associate managing logistics, administration, and event coordination for an international AI safety organisation. - Manage executive calendars, travel, and meeting logistics for Co-Directors across multiple time zones and senior stakeholders. - Administer vendor contracts, staff travel, software licences, and provide first-line systems support for team tools. - Own end-to-end event logistics: CRM maintenance, registration, catering, venues, and run-of-show coordination…
