What do you make of this board?
The board is in beta and we are building it for people like you. Anything is welcome: a vacancy we have missed, a judgement you disagree with, or simply something that does not work.
Two things help us most. The first is vacancies and organisations we do not know about: of thirty-one Dutch organisations we recently checked, one published a job feed we can read automatically. The rest post vacancies as ordinary web pages, often for two weeks. We only find those if someone tells us.
The second is where we have got it wrong. A role that does not belong, a problem area we are blind to, a reason that does not hold up — we would rather hear it now, while the board can still change shape.
Everything goes to a person, not straight onto the board. We assess every vacancy ourselves and write our own reason for listing it — that is the only thing making this board worth reading.
