Why this is on the board
Many people take a course on AI safety — the field that tries to get powerful AI systems to do what we intend — and then get no further than reading. In this role you find supervisors and research questions and match volunteers from across the Netherlands with projects, so that more of that knowledge results in completed research and policy work.
About the role
The role leads and grows an AI safety research hub that helps participants turn AI safety training into completed research and policy projects.
