Introductory course team

The national EA introductory course is a 5-week course with weekly reading, exercises and discussion groups, organised every quarter. We are looking for both a coordinator and facilitators. It is possible to decide per quarter if you want to volunteer.

Coordinator
As a coordinator, you organize the course together with facilitators and ensure a smooth process. You maintain oversight, communicate effectively with facilitators and participants, and collaborate with EAN, which provides weekly check-ins. This is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of effective altruism, contribute to a strong learning environment, and make an impact within a motivated team.

Facilitator
As a facilitator, you guide a group of participants using a facilitation guide and a suggested agenda. You help others explore effective altruism, stimulate discussion, and support their learning process. This is a valuable opportunity to deepen your own understanding, develop facilitation skills, and make a direct impact. No prior experience is required.
