Talent Associate, Founder Selection

Ambitious Impact (AIM)RemoteGlobal health and wellbeingResearchOperations

This role is on our board because we think it is an unusually effective way to spend a career. How we reason about it

This board is still in beta. The reason below is our judgement — tell us if you think we have it wrong. Give feedback

Why this is on the board

Ambitious Impact helps start new charities every year, and whether such an organisation succeeds depends largely on who leads it. In this role you help assess who those founders will be and sharpen the criteria, so that one careful choice carries through into years of an entire organisation's work, though it is always uncertain beforehand who will turn out to be a good founder.

About the role

Assess applications, test tasks and interviews to select founders for new high-impact charities.

What do you make of this?

The board is still in beta, so this is exactly the moment to say what you think. A vacancy we have missed, a judgement you do not share, something that does not work — all of it helps.
