The work itself serves only the internal systems of a trading house, so the leverage lies entirely in the salary. If you start here with a plan for earning to give (deliberately earning a lot and donating a fixed share of it to well-researched charities), a senior salary and profit sharing will probably let you fund the work of several people at such a charity every year, provided you actually keep up the giving.

Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Staff Enterprise Engineer in our Amsterdam office.
