The work itself helps no one outside Optiver: you build pricing systems for derivatives trading. The leverage lies entirely in the salary and profit share. If you give a large share of that every year to well-researched charities (earning to give), you can fund the work of several people elsewhere, but only if you genuinely keep up the giving.

About the role
Optiver is looking for a software engineer to join our real-time pricing systems team. Team builds and runs the highly reliable, traceable and scalable pricing platform responsible for automated real-time pricing of millions of derivative contracts listed on 70+ exchanges.
