Senior Technical Support Engineer
Flow TradersAmsterdam
Why this is on the board
This job does not tackle a global problem itself: you keep workstations and the trading floor running, as at any large employer. The only leverage is the salary. Trading firms often pay IT staff more than average, and if you give a fixed share of that to well-evidenced charities, you can achieve more with it than with the work itself. That is called earning to give.

About the role
Flow Traders is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems team in Amsterdam. You'll be the first point of contact for end-user technical support — providing remote and on-site assistance across our Windows environment, office infrastructure, and trading floor — while working closely with senior engineers and teams like Infrastructure, Network, Linux, and SRE to deliver end-to-end IT solutions.
