Why this is on the board
The work itself does nothing for the problems on this board: you build trading systems for Flow Traders, a firm that trades on the financial markets with its own money. The only lever is the salary and profit share, because if you give a sizeable part of it each year to well-evidenced charities (earning to give), you pay for the work of people at organisations that do tackle those problems, though that only works if you keep the giving up for years.

About the role
Flow Traders is transforming its institutional trading platform across Equities, ETFs, Fixed Income, and Crypto. As part of OTCTECH, you will work directly with traders, quants, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to design and deliver a new OTC Trading Engine, automate operational workflows, and modernise existing applications into reliable, maintainable systems.
