Kairos expects to double in size within six months, and each new hire runs programmes that hundreds of people pass through on their way to working on AI safety: the field that aims to prevent powerful AI systems from causing serious harm. As the first permanent recruiter, you are therefore deciding not about one job but about what Kairos can build over the coming year, and possibly also about the first staff of new organisations from its own incubation programme.
