This role, connecting HR systems at a payments company, does not itself contribute to an urgent problem: the only leverage is in the salary. If you give a fixed share of it to charities that demonstrably measure their results, you can fund work that achieves more elsewhere than your own job does (this is called earning to give), but that depends entirely on what you do with your pay, not on this role.
