Why this is on the board
This is not a job but six months of unpaid mentoring: each month a conversation of 60 to 90 minutes with someone further along in the work you want to move into. The leverage lies in what you choose afterwards. A better direction in your first years carries through into the tens of thousands of hours that follow, and that is also how the group of women, non-binary and trans people working on urgent problems grows.

About the role
