Why this is on the board
NOVAH makes radio dramas meant to help prevent intimate partner violence in Africa and the Middle East, and one broadcast reaches many listeners at once. As head of research you test beforehand which storylines and messages land and measure afterwards what works, so that every improvement to the script reaches all listeners. That evidence mainly guides NOVAH's own programmes.

About the role
