Graduate Trader
Da VinciAmsterdam
Why this is on the board
Trading itself doesn't solve a social problem; the leverage lies in the salary. If you give a fifth of €100,000 a year to well-researched charities, GiveWell estimates you can fund enough malaria nets to save a few lives every year. That is called earning to give, and it only works if you keep giving for years, including in an environment where your colleagues mostly spend their bonuses.
