Why this is on the board

Fish are among the animals we farm in the greatest numbers, yet almost nobody works on their welfare. In this role you work out which country in South or Southeast Asia Fish Welfare Initiative should take its work with fish farmers — cleaner water, fewer fish per pond — to next: the director decides, but that choice rests on your research on the ground, and afterwards you help set up the first local team there.
