Why this is on the board

The Survival and Flourishing Fund distributes money across dozens of organisations through its own procedure, in which formulas combine the judgements of several evaluators into a single allocation. You build the software in which that weighing takes place: a calculation error or an unclear screen carries through into every grant, and a clearer design helps evaluators choose more sharply, though you do not decide yourself who gets money.

This board is in beta and this is our judgement. If you think we have it wrong, tell us. Give feedback · How we reason about it

About the role

Build and maintain grant evaluation software used in the Survival and Flourishing Fund's S-Process, supporting funders and evaluators in philanthropic decision-making.
