Why this is on the board

The trading itself helps no one directly: you set up strategies for equity options at IMC, a trading firm from Amsterdam. What this role can deliver lies in the salary. Experienced traders usually earn far above an ordinary income, and if you consistently give a large share of it to well-evidenced charities, you can fund the equivalent of several jobs. That strategy is called earning to give, and it only works if you actually keep up the giving.

About the role

Our Europe & Brazil Equity Options market has traditionally focused on highly liquid stocks but has expanded in scope to many more symbols. As a result, we have a wide range of new and exciting problems to solve. We are looking for experienced Equity Options Trader to strengthen the group, help us tackle these new challenges and expand our fast-growing team to cover more symbols and regions, with a particular focus on positional trading strategies.
