The work itself is about the financial systems of a travel platform. The leverage lies in what you do with the salary: a senior architect in Amsterdam probably earns enough to give a substantial share each year to charities that achieve a lot per euro, such as malaria prevention, and so fund the work of several people elsewhere from a single income (this is called earning to give).
