Why this is on the board

The work itself serves Flow Traders' trading, not a social problem. The leverage lies in the salary and profit share: if you give a substantial part of it each year to charities that demonstrably achieve a great deal (earning to give), you could potentially fund the work of several people, but only if you actually keep up that giving.
