Why this is on the board
FAR.AI tests advanced AI models for weak spots before they are rolled out widely, and does so on behalf of labs such as OpenAI and governments such as the EU AI Office. The red team is growing this year from 2 to more than 15 people; in this role you help determine who joins and which risks actually get tested. Your leverage lies not in your own tests, but in how much the whole team can handle.
About the role
FAR.AI http://FAR.AI is hiring a Technical Project Manager to be the delivery backbone of one of the world's most impactful frontier AI red-teaming programs. You will own the delivery of some of our highest-stakes engagements with governments and frontier AI companies, support technical engagements/outcomes, assist our red-team recruiting, and be the operational glue that lets our red-team succeed.
