Coefficient Giving (formerly Open Philanthropy) has distributed more than $7 billion in grants since 2014 and is expected to double the amount it gives away this year. This is the role that builds the internal systems that move those applications from decision to payout: the more smoothly that runs, the less time dozens of colleagues lose to friction rather than to the money itself.
