Why this is on the board

The ANVS is the only body in the Netherlands that sets and enforces rules for nuclear power plants, radioactive waste and radiation sources in hospitals. Because the organisation is small, the data platform you build determines which anomalies inspectors see and which they miss. Data engineering is still new here and your colleagues are just starting out, so you also set down the way of working the team will build on in the years ahead.
