A team of around twenty people manages the portfolio of the Nationaal Groeifonds: more than € 11 billion for 50 long-term innovation projects, with a new round on the way. You do not make the decisions yourself; an independent advisory committee does. But your assessment of proposals and progress helps determine which projects get public money and follow-on funding, and which do not.
