In just over two years, Kairos has guided more than 1,200 people into work in AI safety. In this role you decide, with a budget of your own, which new programmes start and which ones stop — so your choices determine what support and infrastructure hundreds of researchers and policy people will have at their disposal after you.
About the role
Lead a new team with a broad mandate to pursue high-impact opportunities for the AI safety ecosystem, including one-off projects and Kairos's next programmes.
