Why this is on the board
Kairos doesn't run research itself, but builds the routes into it: more than 1,200 people went through programmes such as SPAR and Pathfinder in two years. In this role you set up the systems that let a new pilot project become a lasting programme — so your work helps determine how many people will be working on AI safety, not just what you get done yourself.
