High Impact Professionals helps people with work experience find out how they can do more about urgent global problems through their careers and giving. The organisation is currently still legally part of another organisation and is becoming independent. Whoever sets up the finances, contracts and HR now therefore largely determines how fast the team can grow and how much time it has left for the people it supports.
