Since 2011 GiveDirectly has transferred more than a billion dollars directly to people living in poverty; every euro lost to fraud reaches no one. As an analyst in internal audit you trace patterns in payment and enrolment data that point to it, and you build controls that make it structurally visible earlier — across all programmes at once, not one case at a time.
About the role
GiveDirectly has delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty across 15 countries since 2011. We believe cash transfers are one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid, with the research to back it up.
