Why this is on the board
Epoch AI compiles the figures on compute and the scaling of AI on which journalists and policymakers base their picture. This is the role that gets that research to those people: good research that nobody reads changes no decision. Note the requirement of at least four hours of overlap with the US time zones.
About the role
Epoch AI is looking for a Communications Specialist to help get our research in front of policymakers, journalists, and the broader public by contributing to ad campaigns, media and podcast outreach, our newsletter, social posts, and our website content.
