This role is on our board because we think it is an unusually effective way to spend a career. How we reason about it

Why this is on the board
Het Effectientje asks people to set up a regular gift of a tenner a month to the most effective charities, where, according to De Geefrevolutie, it does as much as a thousand euros at an average charity. The campaign is about to launch: whoever leads it decides whether this stays a good idea or becomes something thousands of Dutch people do every month.
About the role
You lead the launch and growth of Het Effectientje, a monthly giving campaign by De Geefrevolutie: you manage the budget and media spend, help shape the brand and are the point of contact for team members, volunteers and partners such as Doneer Effectief. Required: a proven track record of building a new concept, experience with campaigns with a substantial budget, and fluent Dutch. 32–36 hours, at least two days a week at a coworking space in the Randstad, starting 1 January at the latest.

What do you make of this?
The board is still in beta, so this is exactly the moment to say what you think. A vacancy we have missed, a judgement you do not share, something that does not work — all of it helps.
