The leverage lies mainly in what happens after these 15 weeks: former participants now work at the UK's AI Security Institute, Google DeepMind and AI safety research groups, or have founded an organisation of their own. The field is still small, so a few extra people who get up to speed quickly can noticeably influence its direction. Note: you must be in London for the entire period.
